Andrea Raineri

Born in 1977 and raised in Bellagio,

lover of our areas and even more of the wines and delicacies of the region where Nebbiolo Chiavennasca di Valtellina represents the qualitative peak for red wines.

Before becoming a sommelier, he worked in some places as a barman and attended several training courses on cocktails and spirits.

In the last fifteen years, has had the good fortune to work in Bellagio for several years in two places esteemed and known by wine lovers, “Enoteca Principessa” and “Aperitivo et al wine bar”.
During these experiences he falls in love more and more with that fascinating and articulated world that concerns wine and expands a wealth of experience and knowledge that is always in the making.

He obtained the third level sommelier diploma in 2013 and was selected as the best of the course to represent the city of Lecco in the “Maschio Bonaventura” master competition, a great experience with best new sommeliers of Italy of the year.

Since 2020 with Andreawine he has selected great wines from Valtellina and Italy, mostly from small businesses and without neglecting the choice of history and respect for nature by the cellars.

Today he is in charge of advising wine lovers the most suitable wines for their taste and of sending them to most of the world, boasting years of experience and thousands of shipments made.
